Tuna and mascarpone dip |

Ingredients :
250g mascarpone
500g plain tuna
6 sun-dried tomatoes
50g thick crème fraîche
Salt and pepper
Recipe :
Drain the tuna and blend with the mascarpone and chopped sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor. Add the crème fraîche, season and refrigerate.
Advice :
Serve with toast and fresh vegetables or crudités.
