Vitamin-loaded smoothie |

Ingredients :
4 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons honey
1.25l very cold milk
1 lemon
Recipe :
Peel the bananas and mix them with the honey and lemon juice.
Pour in the milk gradually, stirring constantly until the mixture becomes smooth and runny.
Pour the smoothie into 4 tall glasses and serve at once to benefit from all the vitamins.
