2 slices of pork
Little pinch of salt

1-Chop the pork into pieces.
2-Mix with salt.
3-Spread it all over a metal plate.
4-Steam it (if you have a rice cooker, place it with a holder).
Advice :
You can add Shiitake mushrooms or octupus.
