Recipe :
Season the burgers with salt and pepper.
Grill or barbecue for 2 minutes on each side.
Cut open burger buns.
Lightly toast the inside of each bun under the grill.
Put a steak in each bun, with a slice of cheese, a couple of slices of tomato, lettuce and onion.
Serve with tomatoketchup.
