Soft fruit smoothie |

Ingredients :
300g redcurrants (frozen if not in season)
150g raspberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
½l skimmed milk
Recipe :
Wash the fruit.
Make a fruit purée by boiling the fruit in a pan with a little water, then pass through a sieve to get rid of the seeds.
Add sugar and cinnamon.
Add milk.
Serve chilled in a tall glass.
