Ingredients :
4 slices toasted or grilled wholemeal bread
2 cloves garlic
Grated cheese
1 teaspoon thyme
Olive oil
Recipe :
Preheat grill.
Crush garlic and rub into bread, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
Generously pour olive oil over bread, making sure it soaks in.
Sprinkle with thyme.
Grill for 5 - 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
Advice :
Try adding slices of ripe plum tomato before putting under grill and garnishing with basil leaves.
