Halloween biscuits |

Ingredients :
200g flour
100g butter
150g sugar
1 egg yolk
1 or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Rolling pin
Halloween pastry cutter (bat, ghost, pumpkin-shaped...)
Recipe :
Knead the flour, softened butter, sugar and lemon juice together in a large bowl.
Chill for 2 hours.
Roll out the pastry with a rolling pin.
Cut out shapes.
Brush with a little egg yolk.
Cook for 25 minutes in the oven at 200°C (Gas Mark 6).
Decorate with dried fruit, sweets, chocolate chips, etc whilst still warm.
