Ingredients :
4 white peaches
5 egg yolks
50g sugar
200ml white wine
Recipe :
1. Beat egg yolks, sugar and white wine together.
2. Peel peaches and cut into quarters.
3.Arrange peach slices in individual oven-proof dessert dishes, or one single gratin dish.
4. Cover with wine and egg mixture.
5. Sprinkle with sugar and put under grill for a few minutes, until golden.
6. Serve hot.
Advice :
Try using soft fruits for a summer dessert, or replacing the wine with your favourite liquor - although you may want to reduce the quantity when using spirits.
