Vegetable crudités with cream cheese sauce

Ingredients :
2 carrots
1 bunch of radishes
200g cherry tomatoes
1/2 cauliflower

500g fat-free cream cheese
1 small bunch chives
Salt & pepper
 
Recipe :
1. Mix cream cheese and chopped chives in a small bowl. Season to taste.
2. Chill for at least an hour.
3. Peel and slice carrots into 4 cm lengths.
4. Wash and chop radishes, tomatoes and cauliflower.
6. Serve as a starter with cream cheese sauce.


Advice :
Try serving with different sauces, like curry sauce, blue cheese sauce or salad dressings.
