Cherry clafoutis

Ingredients :
750g ripe cherries
100g flour
90g caster sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar or a few drops vanilla essence
6 eggs
1/4 litre milk
1 pinch salt
 
Recipe :
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 7).
2. Remove stones from cherries.
3. Beat eggs with salt.
4. Add sugar and flour.
5. Add milk little by little.
6. Grease flan dish, pour in base, then add cherries on top.
7. Cook for 45 minutes.
8. Serve warm.


Advice :
Try making clafoutis with apricots too.
