Ingredients :

coconut
ice cream
1/2l
vanilla
ice cream
900ml
coconut milk
100g cane sugar
Whipped
cream
Recipe :
Heat the
coconut milk
to about 80°C, add sugar, then mix well.
Take 6
ice cream
or
dessert
dishes and put a scoop of
vanilla
and a scoop of
coconut
ice cream
in each one.
Pour the hot
coconut milk
over the
ice cream
.
Top with whipped
cream
.
Serve with a straw and along-handled spoon!
