Viennese hot chocolate |

Ingredients :
6 small bars of chocolate (1 per person, about 40g each)
1 litre milk
3 egg yolk
6 tablespoon whipped cream
Recipe :
Dissolve the chocolate in a little water, add milk and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Leave to cool and add the egg yolk, heat for a little longer.
Remove from heat and whisk.
Pour into cups and add a tablespoon of whipped cream on top of each one.
