chicken
breasts of around 120g each
2 tablespoons soy
sauce
2 teaspoons ground
ginger
140g
almonds
1
onion
1 clove
garlic
Recipe :
Peel the
onion
and
garlic
, chop finely.
Cut
chicken
into strips.
Heat 2 tablespoons
olive
oil in a pan, then add onin and
garlic
. Saute for 3 minutes, then add
chicken
.
Brown
chicken
for 5 minutes.
Lightly grill the
almonds
in a dry frying pan for 3 minutes, add soy
sauce
and
ginger
, leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with
rice
or
noodles
.
Advice :
Try with a rosé or fruity white.
