Ingredients :
200g Bresaola (dried salt beef, aged about 2 months)
1 jar peppers in olive oil
1 jar salted capers
Toothpicks
Recipe :
Rinse and pat the capers dry.
Slice the meat, and place a slice of pepper and a caper in the middle of each slice.
Roll meat around filling and secure with a toothpick.
Arrange on a serving plate.
