Recipe :
Bring a small pan of water to the boil.
Wash the prawns and boil for 2 or 3 minutes.
Strain and leave to cool.
Brown the sesame seeds in a frying pan, with a little salt.
Wash salad, arrange on plates or in a serving bowl.
Brush and wipe mushrooms (never wash, as they will absorb too much water), slice and arrange on salad.
Add prawns to salad.
Season, add olive oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
