Recipe :
Wash and boil potatoes.
Chop parsley.
Strain prawns.
Season with olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon and serve onto four plates.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Slice tomato and put a couple of slices on each plate, along with lettuce.
Add a chunk of lemon and a spoonful of mayonnaise or aïoli.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
