Baked roquefort with pears |

Ingredients :
1 piece of roquefort of around 400g
2 Conference pears
The heart of 1 lettuce
1 teaspoon red peppercorns
Black pepper
Recipe :
Preheat oven to 400°F (210°C).
Cut pears in half, remove seeds, then slice into quarters.
Roughly cut cheese into small pieces.
Arrange four pieces of foil big enough for a one-person portion in an oven dish. Add four slices of pear to each one, then four pieces of cheese. Sprinkle each one with peppercorns, then scrunch aluminium together to cover each one.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Arrange one foil parcel on each dessert plate and serve with lettuce heart.
Advice :
This makes a great diet starter, at 200 cal per portion

- Alsace: Silvaner, Pinot blanc
- Bordeaux: Entre Deux Mers
- Burgandy: Maçon, St Véran
- Loire Valley: Sancerre, Pouilly
- Rhône Valley: Tavel
