Baked bananas with oranges and Grand Marnier

Ingredients :
4 small bananas
3 organic oranges
2 teaspoons Grand Marnier
2 tablespoons sugar/sweetener
 
Recipe :
Wash organes, then peel, cutting peel into strips. Remove segments and put to one side.

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Juice the second orange, add Grand Marnier.

Peel bananas and arrange on four squares of foil, then add oranges. Pour juice mixture over each one, then sprinkle with sugar.

Scrunch each parcel closed and bake for 15 minutes.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
