Ingredients :
2 mangoes
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 leaves gelatine
4 egg whites
Sugar or sweetener
Recipe :
Soak gelatine in cold water.
Mash the mango, then add lemon juice and sugar to taste.
Add gelatine to mixture, heat gently to dissolve.
Leave to cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff, then gently combine with mixture.
Transfer to a serving dish, or share out between individual ramequins.
Chill before serving.
