Recipe :
Slice fish into 1cm slices.
Marinate for an hour in a mixture of lemonjuice, salt, pepper and herbs.
Peel and seed tomatoes, then chop as small as possible.
Snip spring onions into small lengths.
Arrange fish in the middle of each plate, surround with tomatoes, then sprinkle with onions.
