Recipe :
Roast peppers and onions whole, by wrapping in foil and baking in the oven, then slice.

Crumblefeta into small pieces.
Mix oil and lemonjuice together to make a dressing.
Arrange vegetables on plate, sprinkle with feta.
Arrange anchovies on top, then drizzle with sauce.
