Ingredients :
250g condensed milk
250ml skimmed milk
2 eggs
16 teaspoons desiccated coconut
4 teaspoons sugar
Recipe :
Put eggs in a large bowl and beat with sugar and milk.
Add coconut, mix well.
Share out into individual ramequins.
Cook for 15 minutes in a microwave, stirring half-way, or in an oven at a moderate heat.
Serve chilled.
