Recipe :
Mix the yoghurt, curry and ginger root, then add the lemonjuice, coriander and cinnamon.
Pour mixture over chicken breasts and leave to marinate for an hour.
Put the chicken breasts on a non-stick baking tray covered in greaseproof paper and cook in an oven preheated to 450°F (235°C) for about 20 minutes, sprinkling regularly with marinade to prevent chicken from drying out.
Finish under grill.
Advice :
