Chocolate teddy bears |

Ingredients :
4 eggs + 1 egg white
120g caster sugar
60g flour
60g cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons butter
Teddy bear-shaped cake tins
Recipe :
Preheat oven to 350°F(180°C).
Grease 4 teddy bear-shaped cake tins.
Mix all the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in a saucepan and cook over a low heat for 5-10 minutes, until the sugar has melted. Blend in a liquidiser for 4 minutes.
Mix the flour, cocoa powder and salt in a large bowl, then add the mixture and stir until you have a smooth paste.
Pour mixture into cake tins.
Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
Leave to cool and serve.
Advice :
Try serving with vanilla ice cream, strawberries or chocolate sauce.
Recommended drinks : water, hot chocolate, orange juice, tea
