Recipe :
Make a marinade, with the lemonjuice, ginger and olive oil.
Prepare fish, then dice.
Add to marinade, and chill for an hour.
Once taken out of the fridge, give it a good stir, and add chopped spring onions.
Serve sprinkled with dill and peppercorns.
