Sea bream tartare with lemon and ginger

Ingredients :
Sea bream filets of around 500g
100g spring onions
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, mixed peppercorns
Dill
 
Recipe :
Make a marinade, with the lemon juice, ginger and olive oil.
Prepare fish, then dice.
Add to marinade, and chill for an hour.
Once taken out of the fridge, give it a good stir, and add chopped spring onions.
Serve sprinkled with dill and peppercorns.


Advice :
Eat with a Sancerre, Pouilly or St Véran
