Ingredients :
250g unsweetened condensed milk
250ml skimmed milk
2 eggs
16 teaspoon desiccated coconut
4 tablespoon sugar
Recipe :
Put eggs, sugar and milk in a bowl.
Beat together, then add coconut.
Pour mixture into 4 ramequins.
Cook for 15 minutes in a medium-hot microwave, or oven, stirring halfway if using microwave.
Serve chilled.
