Waffle mixture

Ingredients :
Makes 12 waffles:
4 eggs
150g flour
150ml milk
250g light crème fraîche
50g butter
 
Recipe :

Break eggs into a bowl.
Add flour and milk.
Mix well until smooth.
Melt butter and add to mixture.
Leave to rest for an hour.
Add creme fraiche.
Flavour with lemon juice, orange water or alcohol, to taste.
Heat your waffle maker and cook each waffle for 3 minutes.
