Recipe :
Blend anchovies in a food processor.
Peel and crush garlic, then mix with vinegar and pepper.
Stir in oil little by little while whisking mixture, as if making a mayonnaise.
Add anchovies.
Serve as a dip with crudités, or with toast.
Advice :
