Recipe :
Mix red wine and sugar, add cinnamon, cloves and peppercorns.
Cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Add oranges, then slice and add the rest of the fruits.
Chill for at least 2 hours, before adding the sparkling water.
Serve chilled.
