Ingredients :
180g rice
1l milk
100g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla flavouring
Recipe :
Bring some water to the boil in a saucepan then pour in the rice and cook for 5 minutes. Next, take the rice out and drain it.
Boil the milk with the vanilla flavouring then pour the rice in.
Cook over a very low heat for 1 hour, without stirring. Add the sugar after 45 minutes of cooking.
Advice :
Rice pudding can be served warm or cold. It's particularly tasty with cinnamon or fruit compote.
