Ingredients :
100g wholemeal flour
250g self-raising white flour
2 eggs
1 pinch salt
Recipe :
1 -Mix flours together in a bowl.
2 -Add eggs and a pinch of salt.
3- Add a little warm water, stir until you have a thick paste.
4- Leave to stand for 2 hours.
5- Cook in a frying pan, like tiny, thick pancakes. Your blinis are ready!
Advice :
To make the batter even smoother, add a tablespoon of oil.
