32 large
prawns
2 crushed
cloves
of
garlic
1 sliced
shallot
1 diced
tomato
Parsely (to taste)
2 tablespoons
curry
powder (to taste)
Low-fat crème fraiche (to taste)
1 1/2 glass(250ml) dry white
wine
Salt &
pepper
1 knob
butter
Recipe :
1. Peel and prepare the
prawns
.
2. Melt the
butter
in a large frying pan and brown the
shallot
, then add
prawns
and
garlic
.
3. Once the
prawns
are pink, add
wine
and leave to reduce, before adding the
tomato
, crème fraiche and salt. Add the
pepper
and
curry
powder and cook until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat.
4. Sprinkle with
parsley
and serve with
rice
or
noodles
.
