Californian rock group the Red Hot Chili Peppers are preparing a new double CD, set to feature 25 songs. In an interview with MTV, the band members announced that their new album should be on the shelves by May 9th, 2006. Initially, the group wanted to make a trilogy including 38 songs, but after realising that a third disc would cost them another year in production time they changed their minds. The CD, entitled Stadium Arcadium, will be the ninth studio release from the band. The first single from the album will be Danni California. |
