Russell Crowe and Nicole Kidman are planning to work together on a film. Baz Luhrmann will be behind the projest, which starts shooting in Australia in June. Crowe and Kidman had planned to work together on an Australian film a few years ago, called Eucalyptus, but the script wasn't strong enough, and the movie was shelved. Crowe says of the new film, "It's set in the 1930s and 40s and I can tell you it's a romance and I do a bit of horse riding and a bit of swooning with Nic. I've known Nic for a long time, but we've never worked together." Crowe is especially excited about the chance to work in his native country, where he can spend more time with his wife who is pregnant with their second child. He added, "And the important thing is that it's nearly six months working in Australia." |
