A love scene from Katie Holmes' upcoming movie has vanished, sparking rumours that Tom Cruise has tried to censor his fiancée's new film. The film, entitled Thank You For Smoking, is being presented at the Sundance Film Festival. According to the New York Post, a romp scene between Holmes and co-star Aaron Eckhart was cut from the film by mistake. At the moment, no-one knows who made the cut, but the scene was in the movie when it was presented at a Toronto film festival last year. Director Jason Reitman believes that a projectionist is behind the mystery, although rumours are spreading that Tom Cruise had something to do with the disappearance. "We were about 30 minutes into our screening when I noticed a scene was missing," Reitman said. "I assure you it was a projectionist, not Tom Cruise." |
