It has been announced that Amber Tamblyn will star in the horror film The Grudge 2. The film is the sequel to the successful Columbia and Ghost House Pictures film of 2004. Director Takashi Shimizu, screenwriter Stephen Susco and producers Sam Raimi, Rob Tapert and Taka Ichise will all return for the new project and Arielle Kebbel and Teresa Palmer also star in the film. Tamblyn will play the younger sister of the character played in the original movie by Sarah Michelle Gellar. New characters in the sequel will once again be confronted with fear and death, Kebbel and Palmer (December Boys) will play American students visiting Tokyo. |
