50 Cent To Become Children's Author

Controversial rapper 50 Cent is branching off into a different area by becoming a children's author.

According to IOL, the star, who is known for his violence-filled music, now wants to write for a much younger audience.

He says: "The stories will have a positive message, something that kids can learn from."

IOL did not reveal when the books will be ready for the public.
