Paris Hilton has been issued with a court order, forcing her to stay away from an events organiser. On Tuesday, a judge approved a demand filed by Brian Quintana, 37, who said that Hilton wants him dead. Quintana said that he has known the star for three years, and was the person who introduced her to Stavros Niarchos in September, 2004, but that their friendship soured when he told Niarchos that Hilton had a sexually transmitted disease. On December 29th, he filed paperwork to obtain a restraining order against Hilton, stating that she had put a hit out on him. A spokesperson for Hilton laughed at the accusations made by Quintana and her lawyer said, "She doesn't wish to have anything to do with this man." |
