Aerosmith Cancels Remaining Shows

The Rock group Aerosmith has cancelled the rest of their tour dates so that their lead singer can undergo an operation.

Steven Tyler will be having throat surgery this week, meaning that the band will cancel their last twelve performances of their North American tour.  Aerosmith has been on the road since October, and have already cancelled eight concerts during the past week and a half.

According to doctors, Tyler, 57, will not be able to sing for two to three months after the operation.
