More than 60 artists have agreed to take part in Music Rising, which has been organised by U2 guitarist, the Edge. Music Rising is a charity that the musician founded with record producer, Bob Ezrin, and Gibson Guitars man, Henry Juszkiewicz. The charity will be donating musical instruments to hurricane victims in Louisiana. The 60 artists who have agreed to collaborate with the charity by allowing a portion of their concert ticket sales to go to the cause. include Queensryche, Nine Inch Nails, Ben Harper, Def Leppard/Journey, New Cars/Blondie, Melissa Etheridge, Brad Paisley and the Warped Tour. |
