The Department of Children and Family Services in California has confirmed that Britney Spears' son is doing well, after he fell and fractured his skull just days ago. The group sent representatives to visit the singer in her home over the weekend, to check on six-month old Sean Preston's welfare. The visit was a routine event, a few days after the child had been treated for a head injury. According to People magazine, the baby suffered a mild head injury on April 1st, when a nanny dropped the child from her arms while placing him in a high chair. A doctor was called to the home to examine the child, but didn't pick up on any problems. However, six days later the baby was still groggy and fretful. Spears and her husband, Kevin Federline, frantically took their son to a hospital emergency room to be re-examined, which is when the Department of Children and Family Services to become involved. All reports are now confirming that the child is doing well, but this is not the first time that Spears' parenting has been called into question, just months ago she was snapped driving with her baby on her lap. |
