Madonna is preparing a big suprise for her fans on her upcoming concert tour: she will be lowered to the stage on a cross. According to The Sun, the singer will be enter the stage from above, attached to a giant cross, made of diamonds and Swarovski crystals at a cost of nearly $10 million. Although the star now follows the Kabbalah religion, she is well-known for using Catholic imagery to shock. Her 1989 video for Like A Prayer caused and uproar when it featured a black Jesus and the superstar making love to a saint in a Church. Madonna's Confessions Tour will begin in May in Los Angeles. She will then tour America and then travel to Europe, where she will finish in July. |
