Nicole Kidman Congratulates Katie Holmes

Nicole Kidman has sent a message of congratulations to Katie Holmes after the birth of her baby.

The actress, who was married to Tom Cruise for 11 years, congratulated his new fiance after she delivered Cruise's first biological child, a girl named Suri.

In a statement, she said, "I hope both mother and baby are doing well," making no mention about her ex-husband.

Kidman and Cruise were married from 1990 until 2001 and have two adopted children.
