The United States Supreme Court has agreed that former Playmate, Anna Nicole Smith, can continue her legal battle to get her hands on an inheritance from her late husband's estate. Smith, who was married to billionnaire, J. Howard Marshall, has been struggling in a legal battle since 1996 with Marshall's son, E. Pierce Marshall. The younger Marshall contends that the gifts that his father gave Smith during their 14 month marriage should be sufficient. The actress and model was 63 years younger than her husband. J. Howard Marshall was ranked 181 of the wealthiest people in the United States when he died. |
