Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, was discharged from a New Zealand hospital yesterday, following his brain operation. Fran Curtis, publicist for the group, confirmed that the 62 year old star had been officially discharged from the Ascot Auckland Hospital. Richards fell from a palm tree during a holiday in Fiji on April 27th, which lead to him needing to have his head operated on to remove blood, releasing pressure on the brain. The Rolling Sones have pushed back their world tour A Bigger Bang following the mishap, which will now kick off next month in Spain. |
