Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards has been given the all-clear to start the band's world tour. Guitarist Ron Wood's wife, Jo, told the Evening Standard that the 62 year-old musician is now ready to tour, after he underwent brain surgery in New Zealand folllowing his fal from a tree in Fiji. Jo Wood said, "Yes, he had an accident but Keith's as strong as an ox, really he is. He'll bounce back. Keith always does." She added, "He's fine and the tour will continue - it just might have to restart a bit behind schedule, that's all." |
