To the delight of fans everywhere, Kylie Mingogue has been confirmed to head the Glastonbury music festival next year.
Michael Eavis, who organises the event every year, revealed earlier this week that the star had been confirmed as the headline act for Glasonbury 2007. She was forced to pull out of the 2005 event, after being diagnosed with breast cancer and cancelling her world tour. Despite Eavis' misgivings, Kylie has confirmed htat she will be well enough to perform by then and is said to be delighted to have the chance to play at the world-famous festival. |
