Multi-million Dollar Suit Filed Against Ashanti

R&B singer Ashanti is being sued for breach of contract by her former manager.

Linda Berk claims that the singer had entered a contract with her in 2003, before she became a star.  "The contract expired naturally and we didn't renew it," said an Ashanti spokesperson.

This is not the first time Grammy Award-winning Ashanti Douglas has had legal problems.  Last year, she was forced to pay $630,000 to her first producer following contract problems.
