Denise Richards has been granted an extension for the restraining order against her ex-husband, actor Charlie Sheen. According to ContactMusic, the restraining order, which was originally filed in April, was due to expire on June 28th. Sheen, 40, will continue to be legally banned from coming within 275 metres of Richards and their two daughters, Lola, 10 months, and Sam, 2. Sheen is entitled to supervised visits with his children. The two actors were not present in court when the extension was granted. Richards, who was a former Bond Girl, filed for divorce in 2005 while she was pregnant with Lola. She briefly reconciled with her husband at the end of last year, but it didn't last long. In January, 2006, she filed papers accusing her husband of chronic drug use and violence and left him. |
