Following a nine-month police investigation, supermodel Kate Moss has been told that she will not be facing drugs charges, following the Cocaine Kate scandal last September.
Moss, 32, was filmed chopping up and snorting 'line after line' of cocaine in a recording studio with her then-boyfriend, Pete Doherty. The footage is thought to have been sold to the press by a friend of the couple, but does not prove that she committed a crime, as photographic evidence of drug abuse does not constitue legal proof. No forensic evidence was available and the model did not admit guilt when interviewed.
The model checked into a rehab facility following the scandal and has since nearly doubled her earnings. |
